This page is in progress. I have stitched many projects over the years, but neglected to photograph them. I'm still looking for my first embroidered pillowcases, my early 90's holiday projects (2 needlepoint stockings & large hooked Poinsettia rug), and my pre-90's projects (buried in storage).

The stitching on this is finished, however I never assembled it into the bow. I do plan to assemble it when I am in a house, instead of a small apartment.

Golden Bee : Carousel Horse
12" x 16" on 14 ct. Aida
Kit was a gift from my older sister.
Golden Bee: Cat on Heart Picture
11" x 14" on 14 ct aida
My saddest cross stitch experience. This kit was a gift from my Mom, which took me a long time to stitch.
I finished stitching it while traveling. I washed the piece with mild detergent & left it out to dry overnight, as I was planning on visiting my Mom and wanted to show her the clean finished piece.
The vacation was unexpectedly cut short & I had to return home before visiting my Mom. I did not think to remove the piece from the plastic kit bag when I unpacked my luggage. There must have been some dampness left in it when I packed it up to go.
When I finally unpacked it to frame (weeks later), it was growing a mold colony. Waahh! I tried everything I could think of to remove the stains, but so far nothing has worked. So sad. I kept the chart, so I may restitch this in the future.
