OK. It's been 19 days now ... I've been using the Wii fit for about 30 minutes a day ~ 6 days a week. Without dieting, I have lost 2.6 lbs and brought my BMI from 24.06 to 23.62. Nothing drastic, but I do feel a little stronger and steadier.
When I am dieting, I usually lose about 2 lbs. per week - but I really have to monitor everything I eat and am usually hungry all day long. The past 19 days, I ate what I wanted. I didn't go overboard, but I did not count calories either.
The crazy thing is that my BF decided to start using the Wii Fit too, and has lost nearly 5 lbs. in about 2 weeks.
