09MAR13 *I jumped ahead a bit and finished the edges. I did a simple folded over edge border with mitered corners. Now I just need to finish the hand quilting "in the ditch" between all of the rest of the blocks.
(This is an old photo from when I was piecing it together. OCT 2008)
Each square is 4 inches - I am quilting along the seams. Still have tons to stitch and then I need to finish the edges.
Here is the quilt with the finished border. (Still have to get the hand quilting finished.)
I love how organized you are! All of these projects are beautiful and I'm looking forward to watching you stitch on them all year long.
