It's time again for a progress report in the Gifted Gorgeousness SAL, to post my progress working on projects that have been gifted to me -or- projects I am stitching as gifts for others.
I made a little bit of progress stitching on my stamped cross stitch Butterfly Pillowcases, which were gifted to me.
Here is what they will look like when I have them finished:
It has been a long time since I worked on stamped cross stitch. I finished a pair of hummingbird pillowcases back in 2003. They were a gift from my sister.
I also worked a bit on my Winnie the Pooh "Too Much Honey" Sampler. I really just worked on the big block of teal ... one more row of that to go.
This was my previous progress:
And here is the goal:
That's all of my Gifted Gorgeousness for this month. Be sure to pop in and visit the other stitchers in the Stitch-a-long.

I do so adore butterflies. Great progress!
ReplyDeleteThose pillowcases are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty pink on the pillowcases. Your Winnie the Pooh piece would drive me nuts, I get so bored stitching big blocks of just one color.
ReplyDeleteThe pillow cases are perfect. Very pretty. Love all the other projects as well: how can we not love Pooh?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful progress on some lovely pieces ")
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking part in GG this month. The pillowcases are lovely but you have more patience doing all the large areas of plain stitching on Pooh than I would!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress. The pillowslips are going to be so pretty
ReplyDeleteThose pillowcases will be lovely! I like stitching big blocks of color but you win for the patience award for all that grass haha.
ReplyDeletePretty pillowcases, very nice
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed visiting your blog today. You have some very pretty projects.
