a Halloween Blog Hop

Welcome to my stop in Jo's Hallowe'en Blog Hop!

I just finished stitching this beautiful blackwork pumpkin.  This is a freebie pattern offered by designer Michaela Learner.  You may find it here -or- If you are on Facebook, be sure to check out the Cross Stitching Guild for many more of Michaela's designs (lots of terrific Halloween freebies, too!).

I have been getting into the spirit of the season by visiting the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, where they have hosted the annual "Scarecrows in the Garden" event.   Here are just a few of the fun scarecrows:
Steampunk Scarecrow
Game of Bones

Here is the next letter in the secret message:

I hope you have enjoyed your visit. Please continue on to the next stop in the Hallowe'en Blog Hop and visit: jocondine.blogspot.com
